The name in itself memorialises the restaurant's owners’ late sister Odette, who sadly passed away in 2008, emotionally linking the brothers’ shared love for their sister and their unmistakable passion for food. This is clearly evident through their ample experience in the food business, with Oswald himself obtaining a Master Chef Diploma from the University of Malta in 2018 with an in-depth study of Maltese cuisine.
