Guze Bistro

Guzé Bistro located in a 16th century building in the heart of Valletta.
In 2009 the property was taken over by Joseph Cauchi with one dream, to turn it into Valletta’s best. The building has been home to many over the years including Francesco Buonamici the chief engineer for the Knights of Malta that lived here from 1634 until 1659. The restaurant was opened in 2011 after a lengthy refurbishment retaining all of its original features. Over the years the style of food has developed but techniques and passion that provide our guests with a unique experience have remained the same. Guze’s menu and style of food focus on seasonal produce and dishes are developed to make the taste as natural as possible.
